Client must provide empty lot within the site area for OPS offices including electricity.
Client must provide a fenced storage area about 200 SQM within the site area.
Client must assign at least one contact person for coordination (email and phone number).
Rental period of any item can be extended applying the same rates in this offer.
Price of transportation is included based location accessible by trailers.
Submittal of method statement/ health and safety plan and risk assessment plan once project awarded.
Public liability insurance once project awarded.
Dispatch of unit shall be immediate after receiving P.O and proof of transfer.
Payment Schedule:
60% Down Payment Upon Agreement.
30% Prior Dismantling 9th November.
